1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms apply throughout all clauses unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of lvslot is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. We strictly prohibit access by minors, and any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. Indonesian residents acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of and comply with current local laws.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on lvslot. Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through proxies, is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not have previously been excluded from lvslot or any associated platform, either voluntarily or at our direction, unless a formal reinstatement has been granted by our compliance team.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, consultant, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of lvslot or any of its affiliated entities.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on lvslot, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. By doing so, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number — is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account details if any registered information changes, and that failure to do so may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals.
• You will select a strong, unique password for your Account and will not share it with any third party. lvslot will never ask for your passwor d via email, live chat, or phone.
• You understand that your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any funds within it to another person.
• You consent to receiving transactional communications from lvslot (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) to the contact details registered on your Account.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. lvslot accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials or report suspicious activity in a timely manner.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) standards, lvslot requires all members to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. The following documents may be required:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM) clearly showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the past three months showing your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay).
• Source of Funds Declaration: For high-volume accounts or at our compliance team's discretion, a declaration and supporting documentation explaining the legitimate source of funds used for gaming.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unobstructed digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). Edited, cropped, or obscured documents will not be accepted and may trigger a fraud investigation. lvslot reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

lvslot accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
• lvslot does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which lvslot accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• lvslot reserves the right to refuse any deposit it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the lvslot Account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the portion of your balance attributable to bonus activity becomes withdrawable.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for verified accounts using local Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
• lvslot reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger our automated fraud detection system, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

lvslot offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games (including slot gacor titles) typically contribute 100%; live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from credit date, as specified per promotion) will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum single-game bet is Rp 200.000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are pending may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we detect abuse of promotional terms.
• lvslot's Discretion: lvslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to disqualify any member from a promotion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse or fraud has occurred.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on lvslot — including slot machines, live casino tables, sports betting markets, togel draws, and sabung ayam (live cockfighting) streams — are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or on the relevant game provider's documentation. In addition, the following platform-wide fair play standards apply:

• All random outcomes (slots, virtual games, RNG-based table games) are generated by certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to confirm statistical fairness.
• Sports betting odds are set by lvslot's trading team and are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event. Bets placed before an odds change are honored at the price accepted at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a technical error, interrupted game session, or connectivity failure during a game round, the outcome recorded by lvslot's server shall be deemed final. Claims regarding disconnection losses will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
• Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, manipulate game outcomes, or use automated betting software (bots) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• lvslot publishes verified RTP figures for all slot titles. These figures represent theoretical long-term returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lvslot and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or facilitating payments on behalf of third parties.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with sports betting markets.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute transactions after withdrawing those funds through our platform.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to automate betting decisions or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game logic, or payout calculations — commonly referred to as "advantage play" in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than skillful play.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lvslot staff or other members through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

lvslot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing our members with the tools to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all members at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your gaming budget. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and within 24 hours when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts to notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term (minimum 6 months) exclusion from lvslot. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the lvslot Platform — including but not limited to the lvslot brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, written content, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of lvslot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from lvslot.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use lvslot's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or game assets.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lvslot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from temporary or permanent service interruptions, server downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
• The conduct or content of third-party game providers whose titles are accessible through the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, RTP figures, or promotional terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time:

• By You: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
• By lvslot: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other members.

Upon termination for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct), lvslot reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the entire Account balance, including real-money deposits, pending a full investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, forfeited funds will not be returned.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lvslot is incorporated and licensed to operate. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Notwithstanding the above, lvslot reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, platform integrity, or financial interests.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments

lvslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email to their registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure before the amendment's effective date.
